We then compared this year's latest monthly metrics to the previous year's data to learn more about the evolution of online experience and how customer behavior has changed.

Our analysis is based on 16+ billion sessions and 90+ billion page views from January to December 2020. We have compared behaviors across 9 industries in 9 countries. The reference period taken into account for the index is January of each year.
