Contentsquare is looking for a Customer Support Operations Manager to help our Support team to be more productive, work more effectively, and deliver better service to our customers. The primary goal of the Contentsquare’s Customer Support Operations Manager is to create clarity and simplicity in the support environment, where support agents can do their work without being distracted or delayed by problems with tooling, processes, or logistics, and where management can understand at any given moment the main business blockers and the bottlenecks for resolution.

With a critical customer service role within the Customer Support organisation, the Customer Support Operations Manager will work with different teams in the organisation including R&D, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to drive efficiency and provide timely and accurate updates on main KPIs and OKRs.

The Customer Support Operations Manager is also responsible for our overall Knowledge Management strategy, managing a small team of individuals who ensure that our content is up-to-date and meets the requirements of our internal and external customers.

Head of Partner Sales/Channel Strategy – Japan

Contentsquare is looking for a dynamic Head of Partner Sales who will be a key member of our growing global partnerships team in Japan. In this role, you will report to the VP of Partnerships who is based in Singapore. You will be responsible for generating pipeline, supporting sales efforts with our new logo and existing business team by working with key Solution and Technology Partners. You will be responsible for building and penetrating new partners and leveraging existing partnerships to drive sales.  The role will be aligned with Account Executives in your assigned territory.  In addition to sales teams, you will be responsible for collaborating with marketing and other departments in the region to grow pipeline and partner mindshare.

About the job

Reporting to the Head of Sales Development Western Europe, this role requires a driven individual who is able to achieve and excel targets and who will be able to evangelise and take a new product to market. You will help define and develop our sales process whilst understanding the key business challenges our product and services solve. We are a fast-growing company, and need people who will take initiative and ownership when executing new business. There is a great opportunity to progress within the business!

The SDR focuses on the very first stage of the sales process: lead generation and qualification. The role does NOT involve closing deals, but is still the cornerstone of our development!

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will join a team of passionate and talented developers, designing and developing a new data architecture.
We collect several billions events per day, and query hundreds of terabytes in real time.

Your daily work will consist of:
•Designing efficient architectures to store and analyze petabytes of data
•Leading large scale projects and mentoring other developers
•Implementing complex acquisition workflows
•Thinking of smart data formats to serve the functionalities of the product, while minimizing the cost
•Developing tools to help data-scientists
….by using some open source technologies such as Scala, Go, Kafka, Spark, Akka, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, etc.

With a minimum 5 years of experience, you are proficient in either Scala, Java or Go, and ideally several other backend languages. You practice or have an interest in functional programming and seek to develop your skills in Data engineer programming languages.

Ideally, you have some experience on a wide range of databases and you are interested in streaming. About the role:
As a team member in the platform group, you will bring your industry expertise to work with the team to navigate through challenges and work closely with peers in our global R&D. Our platform is mainly based on AWS and Azure, using open source tools, big data and homemade automation. We use many different technologies, amongst which: Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Python, GO etc… You will also develop skills on technologies such as: Elasticsearch, Kafka, ClickHouse, Hadoop/Spark, CDNs, DNS, Load Balancers, Monitoring, Logs, etc.

Responsibilities:
– Take part in a global team with members in Paris and Tel-Aviv
– Drive core-edge technologies at scale
– Work closely with R&D peers to improve the velocity, quality and cost of our platform
– Work with developers in supporting new features, services, software releases and troubleshoot problems
– Manage big, cross R&D projects
– Impact the business through technology and new ideas 

Requirements:
-2+ years DevOps experience, preferably in a global company
– Strong experience with AWS/GCP/Azure
– Mastery of Linux (RedHat CentOS and Ubuntu)
