This incredible opportunity is focused on leading, coaching and developing a team of Account Executives.  This team will be expected to drive demand generation activities along with owning and forecasting planning first net new deals across the French market.  
 
We are looking for a Sales Director who has experience in both building and leading successful teams. 
Leading from the front, this is a highly visible leadership position as we continue to grow our Planning first business.
As a Sales Director at Contentsquare you will demonstrate a strong ability to drive account development, pipeline generation activities and manage equitable territory distribution models where team members each have the opportunity to achieve their sales goals.
In this role you will be expected to develop  and manage executive relationships by conducting business driven discussions, whilst also leading negotiation, planning, strategy and execution. 
This role requires a high level of collaboration across the Contentsquare business, and  orchestrating deal activity in partnership with both Net New and Customer across the region.
Successful candidates will demonstrate significant executive presence and bring experience of business transformation across multiple verticals  .
 
Responsibilities
Engage & Impact C-Level executives and build relationships that drive deals to a successful conclusion.
Actively coach, support, and lead a sales organization around account coverage, territory management, demand generation and opportunity execution in collaboration with the wider business. 
Support and shape deal strategy to create new opportunities where none previously exist.
Effectively position Contentsquare unique value proposition in a highly competitive market.
Drive Contentsquare Culture and cross-group collaboration as a member of the French leadership team.
Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
 
About You
Basic Qualifications:
 Minimum 5-7 years experience as a sales successfully selling solutions at C-Level. 
Demonstrable results in leading teams within complex, team-based sales environments.
Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
Experience in managing a team of highly skilled opportunity-creating and business- transformational Account Executives would be a strong preference. 
Prior experience in building out Account executive territory Management and Target Account plans preferred. 
Fluency in the relevant local language (French) and English.

High level of accountability in a high growth environment.
Well above-average written and verbal communication skills.
Proven as a self-starter, fast-learner, and agent of change.
Proficiency across a variety of selling methodologies, with an existing track record of coaching or teaching these skills.

 About the role:
As a Solutions Expert, you will be part of the Customer Success team, working with customers to realise fast time-to-value from their Contentsquare investment. The Solutions Expert team is accountable for driving product adoption and building relationships with key end-users to deliver enablement programs tailored to their business needs and defined use cases. In this role, you will serve as a reference for customers around the optimal use and adoption of the Contentsquare platform. This role also serves as a bridge between the Product and the Customer Success teams to advocate on behalf of customer requests and needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-facing role using analytics tools and would easily identify web optimization opportunities. You enjoy being a problem solver and being an insight provider that shines in data storytelling. You must thrive in a startup environment, be proactive, data-driven, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities: :

  • Build and deliver tailored enablement programs to key users, including platform & insights training, certification, via onsite and remote meetings 
  • Design and lead use case workshops to drive product awareness, adoption and meet customer goals
  • Gather and share feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of our programs & product
  • Foster collaboration with the Product team to support communication in both directions: advocate on behalf of the customer to product teams & coordinate with product teams on projects impacting customers
  • Collaborate with customers to produce value cases and tailored use cases
  • Partner with Success Managers to build concrete ROI cases
  • Proactively identify customers with low adoption and develop innovative strategies, tools, and methodologies to increase usage and product stickiness 
  • Participate in client meetings with Success Managers to understand their digital strategy and key business objectives 
  • Be the expert for new product features for internal teams and customers
  • Contribute to knowledge library and enablement resources (eLearning, use case library, certification, documentation, etc.)
  • Qualifications: :

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Big data, Statistics or another related UX field
  • 2+ years experience in an analytical role in Technology/Consulting/SaaS/Digital
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, client-facing experience, and a customer-first attitude
  • A good understanding of web analytics and website optimisation and a strong interest in technology, software, and the internet
  • Highly structured work approach and the ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Flexibility, including the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; capable of operating in an ambiguous environment.

    Reporting to the Head of Sales Development Western Europe, this role requires a driven individual who is able to achieve and excel targets and who will be able to evangelise and take a new product to market. You will help define and develop our sales process whilst understanding the key business challenges our product and services solve. We are a fast-growing company, and need people who will take initiative and ownership when executing new business. There is a great opportunity to progress within the business!
    The SDR focuses on the very first stage of the sales process: lead generation and qualification. The role does NOT involve closing deals, but is still the cornerstone of our development!

  • Evangelise a new product in the French market

In addition to working with the other members of the R&D team, the QE’s work closely with other partners like product management, customer success managers, sales, marketing etc. End-to-end vision on architecture, data reliability, application workflow and global consistency.     Your main job will be to help accelerate the test automation process as the go-to person for the developers and the product managers in your perimeter. Alongside the other members of the Quality Engineering team, you will help develop the existing test automation framework. You will design and formalize the acceptance tests which are required for the validation of the product. In a nutshell, you will be someone who understands the technology really fast, crafts a toolset to facilitate automation for the smallest possible task, and can never accept NO as an answer.
    Responsibilities:
    – Learn how the Contentsquare solution works and get Contentsquare certified.
    – Implement quality standard methodologies and enhance the existing testing practices.
    – Test the feature both manually & automatically by implementing test cases using our automation framework.
    – Improve, maintain, and/or refactor existing automation.
    – Formalise the test cases in our test case management tool to ensure distributed presence of product and test knowledge.
    – Using the KPIs we have implemented for measuring testing efforts, follow and improve the test strategy.
    – Provide validation and support for other cross-team projects intersecting with your product perimeter.

    Required:
    – Minimum 2 years of previous work experience as a software test engineer in a web environment (web services, frontend web applications).

    Product Designer

    We are hiring a passionate Product Designer (minimum 3 years experience) to reinforce our team. You will contribute to the optimisation of our product’s user experience and participate in building its vision.
    You will be working closely with both a multi-disciplinary team based in Paris (PM + Dev + QA…) and other Product Designers / User researchers to ensure homogeneity of our Platform.
    The team is mostly based in Paris, Tel-Aviv and Barcelona.

    Key responsabilities:

  • User Research & Usability evaluation. Interview users in context or during workshops to understand their needs, without influencing them. Conduct user tests (moderated or unmoderated, face to face or remote).
  • Information architecture. Organize information and workflows in a sustainable way, feature-wide and platform-wide.
  • Interaction design. Build low-fi and mid-fi interactive+testable wireframes. Propose durable and scalable solutions and specify them for development.
  • UX/UI Specifications. Deliver ready-for-dev files aligned with our Design System. Pay attention to the final pixel-perfect look of the product.
  • Design System. Evolve our design system in a way that ensures industrialisation and effectiveness of design activities. Work in collaboration with the Product Design team as a whole to have a vision of the design process and know how to maintain the design system in the long term.
  • Requirements:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in practicing Product Design as your primary skill
  • You have shown skills and a passion for all of the key design phases: discovery, solutioning, delivery.
  • You have significant experience and have the desire to work in a B2B / SAAS technology context on a complex platform.
  • You have a proven experience in using modern prototyping tools to communicate your ideas efficiently (we use Figma).

    About the opportunity:
    As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Talent Operations team, Emerging Talent team and our stakeholders in our recruitment efforts, including end-to-end candidate management through the hiring process. You will communicate across all levels of the organization, learn how a recruiting engine functions in a fast-paced tech company, and provide a solid candidate experience for prospective employees.

    What you’ll do::

  • Gain hands-on experience and exposure to a lot of talent acquisition activities including scheduling, talent Operations, analytics/reporting, and hiring new employees into the organization
  • Support other including but not limited to managing job postings, developing interview kits, drafting offer letters and contracts, posting job announcements internally as well as externally to LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Act as a key point of contact for all candidates, managing communications and guiding them throughout the duration of their interview process, with a strong focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Help manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system, Lever
  • Coordinate and arrange subsequent interviews with hiring managers and the interview panel
  • Assist in enhancing the candidate experience, including passive engagement on social sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and active interactions throughout our application and hiring process
