We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team in France and South Europe, based in Paris for 6 months full time. You will develop your soft skills in a dynamic environment, creativity and ideas are more than welcome!

What you’ll do:

  • Engaging in event coordination for our Summit CX Circle in Paris on November 7th and Milano on October 17th, involving logistics, organization, and communication across various platforms including online, social media, and email.
  • Assisting in crafting compelling content aimed at boosting awareness, engagement, and lead generation, spanning blog articles, videos, and use cases.
  • Managing promotional efforts by collaborating closely with the Design team for asset creation and the Digital teams for executing paid, email, social media, and website campaigns.
  • Coordinating with multiple teams including Content, SDR, Sales, and Design to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
  • Participating in the analysis of campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
  • Contributing to the marketing calendar and localizing/adapting global initiatives.
  • Marketing initiatives play a pivotal role in our awareness and lead generation strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Marketing, SDR, and other geographic regions.

    About the job:
    We are looking for a meticulous Executive Assistant to support our CEO, Jonathan Cherki, based in New York City. As the Executive Assistant, you will be an essential partner and will provide high-touch support to help Jonathan stay focused on the most important priorities. You will have direct access to the leadership team and will report directly to the Chief of Staff. The role provides the opportunity to understand the nuances of scaling a successful and meaningful enterprise, and will give the Executive Assistant experience with managing an ever-changing environment as a key member of our team.

    What you’ll do:

  • Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings. 
  • Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected. Provides “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time and office. 
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff. 
  • Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. You will act as a “barometer,” having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated. 
  • Tactfully, thoughtfully, and joyfully coordinate and execute on all details of administrative projects and tasks.
  • Provide assistance as needed to office operations including but not limited to: order supplies (coffee, water, snacks, etc), accept packages and greet guests. 
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. 
  • Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Represent the CEO and Contentsquare’s brand by projecting a professional image.
  • Continue to invest in learning and living Contentsquare’s mission, culture, values.
  • Handle personal matters including Bookkeeping (managing expenses, and bill-paying), running errands, and managing personal contractors.
  • What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in roles with progressively more responsibility in supporting at least one C-level executive
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Windows, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Social Media platforms (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook). You are plugged-in and digitally savvy
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail 
  • Expert ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization from interns to execs
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

    As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and maximizing customer lifetime value.  Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary point of contact for a multi-million dollar book of business: to understand client key business objectives, nurture and expand relationships, drive renewal rates, and identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services.  You will build and maintain strong relationships with their customer contacts, with a focus on executive leadership and strategic program managers.

    If you have experience selling to inbound prospects and enjoy working in a hyper-growth environment, this is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage and customer-centered team. You will manage a pipeline of inbound leads, whether that’s reactively offering your time and expertise or reaching out to prospects to guide them through their purchasing process.
    This role will be focusing on our SMB and Mid-market customers of Hotjar products with increased velocity of interactions, which means that you will have the ability to speak to multiple prospects per week and consult them in choosing the right product from our suite of tools. 

    In your day to day you will:

  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities at different stages in the sales funnel.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of prospective customers by taking a consultative approach to selling.
  • Conduct consultative calls and present demos for prospects.
  • Expand accounts you’ve already consulted and sold to.
  • Assist prospects with the procurement process in particular with their legal and security requirements.
  • Work with technical members of the team to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all recommendations provided to current and prospective customers.
  • Communicate prospective customer needs to product managers and product teams to close the feedback loop.
  • Help refine the self-service experience for leads that fall outside of the sales touch.
  • What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally SaaS and quota-carrying with a focus on SMB and/or Mid-market 
  • You are technically minded. You can develop a deep knowledge of how our products work, allowing you to speak clearly to customers and communicate their needs to our team.
  • You are experienced with taking sales calls, diligently following up, and closing deals.
  • You are autonomous and can manage a large pipeline of opportunities effectively.
  • Enthusiasm to adapt, learn via coaching, and contribute to an evolving sales team’s strategy.
  • Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent tool.

    If you have experience selling to inbound prospects and enjoy working in a hyper-growth environment, this is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage and customer-centered team. You will manage a pipeline of inbound leads, whether that’s reactively offering your time and expertise or reaching out to prospects to guide them through their purchasing process.
    This role will be focusing on our SMB and Mid-market customers with increased velocity of interactions, which means that you will have the ability to speak to multiple prospects per week and consult them in choosing the right product from our suite of tools. 

    In your day to day you will:

  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities at different stages in the sales funnel.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of prospective customers by taking a consultative approach to selling.
  • Conduct consultative calls and present demos for prospects.
  • Expand accounts you’ve already consulted and sold to.
  • Assist prospects with the procurement process in particular with their legal and security requirements.
  • Work with technical members of the team to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all recommendations provided to current and prospective customers.
  • Communicate prospective customer needs to product managers and product teams to close the feedback loop.
  • Help refine the self-service experience for leads that fall outside of the sales touch.
  • What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally SaaS and quota-carrying with a focus on SMB and/or Mid-market 
  • You are technically minded. You can develop a deep knowledge of how our products work, allowing you to speak clearly to customers and communicate their needs to our team.
  • You are experienced with taking sales calls, diligently following up, and closing deals.
  • You are autonomous and can manage a large pipeline of opportunities effectively.
  • Enthusiasm to adapt, learn via coaching, and contribute to an evolving sales team’s strategy.
  • Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent tool.

    About the Opportunity:
    As a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive you will be responsible for building and expanding Content Square’s revenue, and ensuring long-term success in the region. This role will interface across all Company teams and functions including Consultants, Customer Success Managers, Pre-sales Engineers, Finance and Legal; and requires a high-energy, over achiever who will be able to define our local strategy and evangelize the North American market.

    What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and drive new business sales in North America
  • Manage a book of business including renewal, cross-sell and up-sell
  • Promote the Contentsquare value proposition to existing customers within a highly competitive market

    About the job:
    As an Enterprise Account Executive based in Sydney, you’ll join our established ANZ sales team to continue accelerating growth. You’ll drive new business sales and collaborate with our ANZ teams including our Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers.

    What you’ll do:

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and drive new business sales within the ANZ market.
