By merging 3 companies (Contentsquare, Hotjar and Heap) we’re going to have 3-4 product lines, each product line with 4 product plans from free to business. The complexity, scale, and the fact that we need to be constantly working on pricing and packaging requires dedicated focus.
Pricing & Packaging also spans more than just how we sell our price and package our products, but it also involves supporting other business models such as licensing deals, partnership agreements, product suite strategy, ecosystem and platform business models, etc.
To ensure competitiveness and increase fair value exchange we are expecting to continuously experiment and iterate on our pricing and packaging strategy with making changes every 6-9 months to meet market needs. To facilitate this requirement, we need to invest in strengthening the strategy, market research and analysis, challenging the status quo and align teams across the business. This role is expected to own this while collaborating closely with the respective Product teams who are driving the experimentation and execution of the pricing & packaging strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Pricing & Packaging Product lead to drive business results through implementation of pricing & packaging strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and finance, to gather insights and align pricing with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and pricing benchmarks.
  • Manage and align the design and implementation of innovative and competitive packaging solutions for our SaaS products across the respective product teams and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the business with insights and analysis regarding the pricing strategy to support shaping initiatives and experiments.
  • Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and feedback to make data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Work closely with the product marketing team to ensure alignment between product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing pricing models and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop pricing proposals and provide guidance on negotiation strategies for the Mid Market and Enterprise segment.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements that may impact pricing and packaging decisions.
  • Requirements

  • Experience in pricing strategy and packaging within the SaaS industry, including cost profiling of new products and features.
  • Experience in developing pricing and packaging strategies that enable repeatable enterprise new customer acquisition, as well as revenue expansion.
  • Experience and track record of leading complex and high risk pricing projects with contributing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with alternative business models, in particular platform and ecosystem business models.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that have positively impacted revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed pricing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of SaaS market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with pricing tools and analytics platforms.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the B2B space.     About the role:
    We are looking for a meticulous Executive Assistant to support 2 members of our C-Suite. As the Executive Assistant, you will be an essential partner and will provide high-touch support to help our executives  stay focused on the most important priorities. You will have direct access to the leadership team and will report directly to the CFO.     About the job:

    Within our Finance Order-to-Cash (02C) organization (billing, revenue accounting, account receivables and collection) this open position in Paris reports to the 02C leader.
    The scope is worldwide, including entities across the globe with a context of multi currencies and
    multi booking.
    Key Responsibilities:
    – Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records, working closely with relevant
    departments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    – Lead the reconciliation of the revenue cycle accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
    with accounting standards and contractual obligations: deferred revenue & associated
    milestones unbilled transactions and trade receivables.
    – Evaluate and reconcile doubtful accounts, collaborating with the team to assess and
    mitigate the bad debt.
    – Manage cash application processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all incoming
    payments.
    – Support bank statements reconciliation.
    – Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external
    stakeholders.
    – Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required.
    Qualifications:
    – University’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    – Proven experiences in accounting, reconciliation and Financial ERP implementation (as
    process owner or key user)
    – Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting (especially revenue
    recognition principles under IFRS15)
    – Used to accounting software (Workday preferred but not mandatory) and Microsoft Excel for
    data analysis.
