SERVICE SCHEDULE FOR CONTENTSQUARE XP BETA

Unless otherwise defined in this Service Schedule for CSQ Experience Platform (this “Service Schedule”), capitalized terms will have the meaning given to them in the Early Access Program Terms and Conditions. This Service Schedule shall be applicable to Customer’s use of CSQ Experience Platform Beta offering, as part of Contentsquare’s Early Access Program (“CSQ XP Beta”).

1. ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO CSQ XP BETA

Solely for the purposes of CSQ XP Beta (and no other CS Service), the Parties agree that:

1.1 The details of personal data processing applicable to the CSQ XP Beta shall be as set out in SCHEDULE 1.F - CSQ EXPERIENCE PLATFORM DETAILS OF THE PROCESSING of the Contentsquare Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

1.2 If either Party becomes aware that Visitor’s Personal Data (other than the Permitted Personal Data) has been processed through the CS Service, then, without limiting any of the rights or remedies available to a Party under the Agreement or under applicable law, Customer shall delete any such Personal Data from the CS Service, or, if not technically feasible, the Parties shall cooperate in good faith to delete any such Personal Data from the CS Service. Customer acknowledges and agrees that deletion of Personal Data pursuant to this Section may cause other Visitor Data processed through the use of the CS Service to be deleted in the process.

1.3 Customer acknowledges and agrees that, where Customer has subscribed to both Contentsquare's Product Analytics services (“PA”) and/or Experience Analytics services (“DXA”) on one end, and CSQ XP Beta on the other end, Contentsquare may import Customer Data collected through Customer's use of the PA and/or DXA services (as the case may be) ("Legacy Data") into CSQ XP Beta. Customer hereby authorizes and instructs Contentsquare to perform such import. With effect from the date on which any Legacy Data is imported into CSQ XP Beta (the "Import Date"), such imported Legacy Data shall be treated as Customer Data under and subject to the terms of this Service Schedule (including the details of the processing applicable to the CSQ XP Beta), with effect from the Import Date. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer Data processed and stored within the PA and/or DXA services shall remain subject to the applicable details of the processing for PA and DXA.

2. ADDITIONAL USAGE LIMITATIONS APPLICABLE TO CSQ XP BETA

2.1 Pricing for Server-Side Events. The CSQ XP Beta offering includes 3,600,000 annual Server-Side Events.
