Unless otherwise defined in this Service Schedule for User Lifecycle Extension (this “Service Schedule”), capitalized terms will have the meaning given to them in the Agreement. This Service Schedule shall be applicable to User Lifecycle Extension (formerly titled Product Analytics extension for DXA) licensed to Customer under an Order Form as part of Experience Analytics Enterprise, Experience Analytics Pro, or provided to Customer under a free trial (the “User Lifecycle Extension”).  

1. ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO USER LIFECYCLE EXTENSION

The details of personal data processing applicable to the User Lifecycle Extension shall be as set out in SCHEDULE 1.B - PRODUCT ANALYTICS (PA) DETAILS OF THE PROCESSING of the Contentsquare Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

1. FREE TRIAL OF USER LIFECYCLE EXTENSION

If Customer registers for a free trial of User Lifecycle Extension via the Contentsquare platform, solely for Customer’s internal evaluation purposes, Contentsquare’s Evaluation Terms and Conditions (the “Evaluation Terms”) shall apply to Customer's use of User Lifecycle Extension. By subscribing to the free trial and accepting the provisions of this Service Schedule, Customer hereby agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Evaluation Terms.
