Contentsquare Digital Experience Analytics FAQ
Below you’ll find answers to our most commonly asked questions. If you don’t find the answer you are looking for, please contact us.
GETTING STARTED
How does it work?
Using a lightweight tag on your site or SDK in your mobile app, Contentsquare anonymously tracks all mouse movements, clicks and mobile interactions inside your site or app. The tracking data is then securely sent to Contentsquare servers, where it is aggregated and prepared for analysis. Contentsquare transforms this anonymous data into actionable insights and recommendations for your team. The platform collects all digital experience data without the need for a tagging plan, so you can dig into any data you need retroactively.
How do I access Contentsquare?
Contentsquare is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution, so all you need to access the platform is a browser. Simply visit https://app.contentsquare.com.com/ and log in using your Contentsquare user credentials.
Will Contentsquare replace my existing analytics and testing tools?
Contentsquare sits between your analytics tools (such as Google and Adobe Analytics) and your testing tools and/or Voice of Customer tools, acting as a ‘prioritization layer’ that helps you better understand a users digital experience and inform your testing roadmap. We integrate with most major technology partners so you can access an additional layer of insight on your existing audience segments.
