Unless otherwise defined in this Service Schedule for Heap Products (this “Service Schedule”), capitalized terms will have the meaning given to them in the Agreement. This Service Schedule shall be applicable to all licensing of CS Services licensed to Customer by Contentsquare’s Affiliate, Heap (“Heap CS Services”) under an Order Form mutually executed between Customer and Heap (a “Heap Order Form”).

1. ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS:

   Solely for the purposes of Heap CS Services (and no other CS Service) ordered under such Heap Order Form, the Parties agree that:

   • Any reference to the “Documentation” in the MSA shall be deemed a reference to Heap’s then-current technical and functional documentation for the CS Heap Services;

   • In respect of the processing of any Personal Data, the Parties agree that the provisions of Heap’s standard Data Processing Agreement shall apply except where the Parties have agreed and executed a bespoke data processing agreement (either, together with its annexes, the “DPA”);

   • Any reference in the MSA to “CS Security Standards” shall be deemed a reference to the Heap security standards found at https://www.heap.io/trust-center

   • Sections 5.4 (c) and 5.4 (d) to the MSA do not apply to Heap CS Services.
