Unless otherwise defined in this Service Schedule for PA Extension for DXA (Limited Term Evaluation Only) (this “Service Schedule”), capitalized terms will have the meaning given to them in the Agreement. This Service Schedule shall be applicable to all licensing of the PA Extension for DXA (Limited Term Evaluation Only) product (the “PA Evaluation”).

A. ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS:

Solely for the purposes of the PA Evaluation (and no other CS Service), the Parties agree that:

1. Any reference to the “Documentation” in the MSA shall be deemed a reference to Contentsquare’s Affiliate, Heap, Inc. (“Heap”) then-current technical and functional documentation for the PA Evaluation;

2. In respect of the processing of any Personal Data, the Parties agree that the provisions of Heap’s standard Data Processing Agreement shall apply;

3. Any reference in the MSA to “CS Security Standards” shall be deemed a reference to the Heap security standards found at https://www.heap.io/trust-center; and

4. The term of the PA Evaluation shall be as agreed between the Parties. Contentsquare reserves the right to terminate the PA Evaluation at any time at its sole discretion.
