By integrating seamlessly with Amazon Redshift and Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), Connect lets organizations combine Contentsquare’s behavioral insights with other data sources to power smarter decisions — whether it’s predicting churn, optimizing journeys or personalizing experiences. Contentsquare will also deepen its use of AWS technologies to enhance Sense — a suite of AI-powered tools including Chat, which lets any team member ask questions and get answers from complex datasets — no technical skills needed. Chat is powered by the latest of Anthropic’s Claude series of large language models (LLMs) running on Amazon Bedrock.
