NEW YORK, October 23, 2025, 9am ET – Contentsquare, a global leader in digital analytics, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Loris, a leading conversation intelligence platform. Contentsquare previously announced it had entered an agreement to acquire Loris on July 30, 2025. By capturing the richest source of customer feedback and support interactions, Loris adds a critical new intelligence layer to Contentsquare’s digital analytics, bridging traditional web journeys and human and AI-powered conversations.
