Top finance executive joins digital analytics leader to support company’s next phase of growth; outgoing CFO Benoît Fouilland Joins the Board of Directors and will lead the establishment of an Audit Committee

Marcela brings more than 30 years of executive leadership in finance, tech and media. Prior to joining Contentsquare, she served as President of Buzzfeed Inc., a global leader in digital media. She also held Chief Financial Officer roles at Booking.com and Squarespace, where she led the company through its initial public offering (IPO). Before that, she spent three years as Executive Vice President, CFO, and Chief Administrative Officer at National Geographic Partners and held numerous leadership roles at Fox International Channels, including as Executive Vice President and CFO, during an 18-year tenure.
Marcela serves on the board of Chegg (NYSE: CHGG) and Cvent, and previously served on the board of Avalara (NYSE:AVLR).

Originally from Argentina, Martin graduated from the University of Morón with a degree in accounting, and received an MBA from the University of Liverpool.
