New York, NY – November 24th, 2025 – Contentsquare, a global leader in digital analytics, has signed a multi-year strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to scale insight and efficiency for customers across the entire digital ecosystem.
In today's digital landscape, customers interact with brands across an ever-expanding array of platforms and channels. According to McKinsey research, 65% of businesses say that customer insight should be a driver for transformational change, however just 23% say that their companies have already achieved this level of maturity. Nearly one-third of organizations lack the essential technology tools to develop and act on customer insights effectively. To bridge this gap, Contentsquare and AWS are collaborating to enhance customer experience analytics. By combining Contentsquare's comprehensive suite of CX solutions—including session replays, heatmaps, and journey analysis—with industry-leading cloud infrastructure and AI capabilities from AWS, we're allowing organizations to unlock faster insights, better decision-making, and an easier path to exceptional customer experiences.

As part of the agreement, Contentsquare will leverage AWS services — including Amazon Redshift and Amazon Bedrock — to accelerate AI innovation and expand the intelligence, scalability and automation of its platform. By integrating seamlessly with Amazon Redshift and Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), Connect lets organizations combine Contentsquare’s behavioral insights with other data sources to power smarter decisions — whether it’s predicting churn, optimizing journeys or personalizing experiences. No custom APIs, no manual work — just a single connection that transforms experience data into action across the entire tech stack.
The result: an easier, scalable way for businesses to act on rich experience data—wherever it lives—while advancing toward a more intelligent, automated digital future.
Contentsquare will also deepen its use of AWS technologies to enhance Sense — a suite of AI-powered tools including Chat, which lets any team member ask questions and get answers from complex datasets — no technical skills needed. Chat is powered by the latest of Anthropic’s Claude series of large language models (LLMs) running on Amazon Bedrock.
