Manager Enterprise Applications

Purpose Of The Role
Contentsquare is looking for a full-time Manager Enterprise Applications to lead a team of highly collaborative and results-oriented IT staff tasked with delivering global, high-value IT and business applications across the company. Within the ISD (information systems department, you will be reporting to the ISD Operations manager, based in Paris.
The ISD mission, recently created, is to provide services, data, tools, and solutions to Contentsquare employees, enabling them to work as effectively and efficiently as possible. Our systems are constantly evolving, and we must adapt to the ever-changing environment. This requires rigorous change management skills and a very good understanding of technical stakes. Contentsquare has been growing very fast, and we need to set a new global and centralized governance structure around IS. With over 150 SaaS solutions used, it’s critical to regain control of our IS and define proper workflows, ownership, and automation, combined and led from a single tower control.
The major missions of the Manager Enterprise Applications are the following:
- Provide leadership and manage the work activities of internal application technical owners
- Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule applications development and enhancement requests, while providing direction and guidance to the applications development staff
- Accountable for availability and performance of applications portfolio, including ownership of incidents and release management
- Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business, and security architectures
- Proven experience in an IS organization with a proven experience in SaaS Architecture and technical administration
- Good understanding of technologies such as IDP, IPAAS, Datalakes, ERP, CRM5+ years of experience in management Experience in a business context
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Being able to challenge the teams, to function, and to interact with the different stakeholders
- Knowledge of security protocols, encryption methods, and data protection
You are an action-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a self-starter and data-driven person. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are a must because you must work autonomously in a worldwide & multicultural environment. You should be agile to handle multiple tasks efficiently, keep the big picture, and effectively deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
You have good communication, leadership, and change management skills. You are result oriented, able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.
You demonstrate the ability to use your technical knowledge in collaboration with other departments (business, sourcing, finance…) to lead a team of experts.
