IT Project Manager

Contentsquare is looking for a full-time IT Project Manager to lead internal technical IT projects and technical aspects of global projects. Within the Information System Department, you will be part of the IT Team reporting to the IT Operations manager, based in Paris.

The IT mission is to provide services, tools, and solutions to Contentsquare employees to enable them to work as effectively and efficiently as possible. Our systems are constantly evolving to adapt to the ever-changing environment and require rigorous change management. You will work on projects that will help the development of the Information System Department and you will be the referent of all Technical IT Projects.

The main missions for the role will include: planning, coordinating, organizing, allocating resources for, budgeting, and successfully executing technical projects within the IT Team or technical aspects for more large-scale projects.

Types of Projects:
- Software (saas) implementation 
- Software migration
- Scripts and middleware development
- Automation
- Monitoring and alerting
- Network installation
- Backup and recovery

You will work closely with other members of the IT Team: System Admin, Network Admin, Project Manager, and IT Support Team Manager. In this role, you will be able to work on various topics and be part of a fast-growing environment. 

We are looking for someone organized with a strong technical background, who will be able to manage a technical project from A to Z and find and allocate the right resources. 

You should have::

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management
  • You have worked on a large variation of projects (including software implementations and development projects)
  • You are familiar with ITIL framework and Agile methodology
  • Rigorous and well-organized, you can manage a technical project from A to Z and to find and allocate the right resources
  • The ability to work autonomously and proactively
