Architect effective technical solutions to customer challenges using the CSX platform by participating in all aspects of the software development process, including components such as user interface, middleware, and framework infrastructure Create and maintain documentation surrounding the software architecture, application design processes, component integration, testing guidelines and other key elements for CSX and other Field Innovations solutions Integrate custom apps, visualisations with the CSX platform Identify opportunities for automation Work with internal and external APIs to extend the functionality of the CSX platform Support other members of the Field Innovations team and the wider Professional Services teams in integrating their solutions into the CS Explore web application Provide technical expertise around deployments and limitations of new and emerging web technologies Foster collaborative relationships with both internal (e.g. Customer Success) and external customers, and suppliers (e.g Product Management, R&D and Engineering) Maintain the existing CSX stack by ensuring continued functional interaction with internal APIs, external APIs, external tools like our Quicksight BI integration, and staying up to date with security patches. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup SaaS environment in high pressure situations A questioning mind able to gather, estimate and prioritise functional requirements as competently as technical ones Minimum 7 years experience in providing solution design and delivery to enterprise customer accounts Minimum 5 years experience with Node.js including npm and standard front-end web technologies HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript Experience deploying and maintaining applications within the AWS platform, specifically leveraging the AWS services: Route53 Elastic Beanstalk EC2 RDS SQS SNS SES S3 Lambda Step Functions Experience with SQL or other query languages Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs Experience with Git or other version control software Bachelor's degree degree in computer science/Information technology or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Up to 10% travel time expected Experience with Scala is a major plus Experience working with an international team Experience with JIRA Experience with Python Other languages, particularly French

The Front End Architect role will be responsible for the ongoing development, deployment, and maintenance of the Contentsquare Explore platform which is known internally as CSX.
CSX is a public-facing web framework where we deploy custom solutions for customers as well as internal users.
