Associate Adoption Consultant

As an Associate Adoption Consultant, you will design & deliver bespoke Adoption Plans for our customers to help them maximise usage and value from Contentsquare. The Associate Adoption Consultant model is hybrid: from digital-led, in-person, or 1-to-many approaches. You will also support our “Focus Partners”, ensuring they can deliver value through Contentsquare to our shared network of customers.
The Adoption Consulting team sits within the Customer Success Strategy & Shared Services team at Contentsquare, supporting both enterprise and mid-market customers.

What your role and key responsibilities will look like:

  • Customer Adoption Plan Creation & Delivery:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create, develop, and refine adoption plans tailored for each of our new customers.
  • Tailor each Adoption Plan to the strategic objectives and unique needs of the customer.
  • Design and delivery of dedicated use case workshops to tailor enablement for the specific needs of the customer, as defined by the Adoption Plan

  • Focus Partner support
  • Interface with the Partner Sales Team to help craft an Adoption strategy for each focus partner.
  • Offer guidance and support to focus partners in leveraging Contentsquare and maximising return on investment for our shared customers
  • Ensure alignment with our predefined focus partners' adoption strategy and facilitate their enablement, emphasising use case-specific training and support.

  • Collaboration with the Customer Education Team:
  • Partner with the Customer Education team to design, develop, and deliver 1-to-many initiatives, ensuring scalable and effective training programs for customers and partners.
  • Contribute to development of educational resources and materials aligned with adoption goals.

  • Performance Measurement and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) related to adoption and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection for the identified KPIs.
  • Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of adoption initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Mid-Market and Product teams to align adoption strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between different departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to adoption.

We'd love to meet you if you have:

  • Fluency in English + Arabic, Italian, and/or Spanish.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly familiarize oneself with enterprise software tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Ability to travel throughout Europe (up to 25%)

  • Experience with HTML, CSS or tag management solutions
  • Experience with App frameworks
  • Experience with Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) and Product Analytics (PA) platforms
