Accounts Receivable and Payroll Specialist

What You'll Do:

  • Handling AR cycles for different subsidiaries (US, ISL, APAC, etc) from analyzing the deals and sales orders, to booking them into the ERP (Netsuite) and making sure the revenue is properly recognized and issuing invoices.
  • Posting payments on a daily basis and reconciling the AR ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for.
  • Communicate with customers in order to ensure the collection.
  • Provide ongoing support with regards to the billing, invoices and payments.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of the AR process, by helping on deploying new tools and connectors.
  • Analyze at-risk clients, bad debt and DSO on a monthly basis.
  • Process payroll using TriNet for employees in the US and in Canada
  • Processes out of cycle checks and employee separations.
  • Making sure to respect internal payroll approval process for different employees (salaried employees, hourly employees, interns, etc)
  • Troubleshoot problems with paychecks, tax deductions, vacations, and other payroll-related matters by researching and responding accordingly with related staff and managers.
  • Runs and prepares reports on a regular basis for payroll.
  • What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • BS degree with 2+ years of experience in AR and payroll processing
  • Experience with Tri-net or ADP, Netsuite or SAP is required. Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and proprietary information
  • Comfort with flexible and often competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, biotechnology environment
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S


  • Salary Range: $65,000 - 75,000 USD
    For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise.
