ContentSquare is a digital experience insights platform that helps businesses understand how and why users are interacting with their app, mobile and web sites. We compute billions of touch and mouse movements, and transform this knowledge into profitable actions that increase engagement, reduce operational costs and maximise conversion rates.
Using behavioural data, artificial intelligence, and big data to provide automatic recommendations, ContentSquare empowers every member of the digital team to easily measure the impact of their actions, and make fast and productive data-driven decisions to optimise the customer journey.
ContentSquare sits between your analytics tools (such as Google and Adobe Analytics) and your testing tools, acting as a ‘prioritization layer’ that helps you better understand visitor behaviour and inform your testing roadmap.
We integrate with most major technology partners so you can get an additional layer of insight on your existing audience segments.
Using a lightweight tag on your site or SDK in your mobile app, ContentSquare anonymously tracks all mouse movements, clicks, and mobile inside your site or app. The tracking data is then securely sent to the ContentSquare servers, where it is aggregated and prepared for analysis.
ContentSquare uses this anonymised data to monitor and track user behavior on all devices, and transforms this knowledge into actionable insights. ContentSquare collects all engagement data without the need for a tagging plan, so you can dig up any data you need retroactively.
ContentSquare is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution, so all you need to access the platform is a browser. Simply visit http://uxanalytics.content-square.fr/ and log in using your ContentSquare user credentials.
