Erin Cast is currently the SVP, Coty Global Consumer Beauty across brands including Cover Girl and Sally Hansen and also helped lead the acceleration on Coty Luxury in the US. She joined Coty in 2018, bringing with her 15 years of experience in marketing and media, across beauty, food/beverage, wellness and fashion. Prior to joining Coty, Erin drove marketing during the turnaround and acceleration at Kind Snacks, led media strategic planning for Team Unilever at Mindshare, spent 10 years at L’Oreal Consumer Beauty division driving repositioning, innovation, acquisitions and changes in go-to-market strategy and worked at PepsiCo on equity and flavor strategy for Lay’s.

A 20 year veteran in the eCommerce space, Kathy Ando is currently the Head of Growth Marketing, Direct-to-Consumer and CRM at Tile. Previously, she was the head of Direct-to-Consumer at GoPro, where she led significant growth for the company. She also held senior roles at Apple -- where she built the Digital Merchandising function for the Apple online store -- eBay and Gap, Inc. An advocate for fertility issue awareness, she is the founder of The Stork Project, a group supporting women and couples who need guidance on building their families through a non-traditional fashion.

Prior to Walmart, Alexis has held the titles of CEO Singapore, Chief Supply Chain Offer and EVP, Regional Head of Fashion at Lazada as well as Head of France Clothing and Buying Team and Head of Purchasing and Demand at Amazon.

In Los Angeles she gained valuable experience both as an entrepreneur, running her own fashion label, as well as working for Teleflora and See’s Candies before relocating to Seattle to join the dynamic team at Sur La Table. Natalie is passionate about branding and consumer product marketing and loves telling brand stories while delivering a flawless omni-channel customer experience.

Chidinma Asonye is the Chief Operating Officer at S by Serena, a brand founded by Serena Williams that celebrates and empowers women to be seen and be heard. Prior to that, Chidinma was an Executive Director at Estée Lauder focused on global ecommerce and a Project Leader in BCG's New York office focused on Luxury, Fashion and Beauty clients. She began her career in private equity and investment banking. Chidinma earned a BA in Economics and BS in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and her MBA from Harvard Business School.

Over the last five years, she has been responsible for profitably growing the company's ad spend, driving customer loyalty and telling the brand story through both online and offline channels. In her role, Huyett oversees the company's marketing department, including acquisition, retention, partnerships, digital product, insights, and data & analytics. Prior to Bombas, she served the VP of Marketing at the online dating site HowAboutWe, leading the company through an acquisition, and Director of Marketing, Americas at Transferwise, overseeing North American expansion. She also has experience in Private Wealth and Investment Grade Capital Markets at Goldman Sachs. Over the last decade, Huyett has honed an expertise in strategically growing start-ups through a mix of marketing channels.

Ashley Peterson is the eCommerce Analyst for JanSport and Eagle Cree, two brands in the larger VF Corporation family. She works closely with the marketing and operations teams to provide business intelligence to help drive performance and efficiency, carries out demand planning for both brands, and supports website operations and UX (which is where Content Square comes in!). Prior to VF, Ashley had a long career with a digital marketing & SEO agency where she found her passion for data-driven insights and storytelling to help grow businesses.

Ekta Chopra joined e.l.f in January 2016 and brings over 20 years of Technology experience from private equity and retail companies. She is the Chief Digital Officer for e.l.f. beauty and is responsible for digital transformation in her current role, including eCommerce, engineering, data ecosystem, enterprise applications, security, and consumer technologies. She is actively involved with leading e.l.f. beauty's digital efforts to grow our digital footprint across the globe. She joined e.l.f from the James Irvine Foundation, where she defined and led a highly successful technology strategy for an investment portfolio. There she focused on technology roadmap for enterprise applications, cloud transformation, and building relationships with top silicon valley brands to start new partnerships.

His current passion is the integration of online and offline data (“Big Data”) and the digital and traditional marketing analytic strategies this integration supports. Dean specializes in marketing strategy through analytic consulting, including the management of significant marketing budgets through predictive analytics, both offline and online, across the advertising technology "stack". Regardless of complexity, mapping analytics to real business value and outcomes drives all that Dean does professionally. Dean was on the management team for a social media analytics firm back when social media was a “new thing” (pre-2010). His role included managing the client services group and providing thought leadership in terms of measuring and quantifying social media marketing analytics.

Marion Ranvier is the Founder and CEO of AdapteMonWeb, an assistive technology recently acquired by Contentsquare which promotes web accessibility for all. Marion is now a Contentsquare accessibility expert in which her mission is to raise awareness on web accessibility in particular throughout the Contentsquare organization. Marion suffers from mild dyslexia, one of the invisible disabilities also known as Hidden Disabilities meaning they are not immediately apparent. It is interesting to know how Marion has taken her personal experience and brought to life one of the most innovative improvements of handicapped community.
