Currently as Global CMO at Restaurant Brands International, Fernando’s focus is infusing Burger King, Popeyes and Tim Hortons with purpose (incl. sustainability), improving product quality, modernizing design, and inspiring the organization around tech, digital and brand development.

Erin Cast is currently the SVP, Coty Global Consumer Beauty across brands including Cover Girl and Sally Hansen and also helped lead the acceleration on Coty Luxury in the US. She joined Coty in 2018, bringing with her 15 years of experience in marketing and media, across beauty, food/beverage, wellness and fashion. Prior to joining Coty, Erin drove marketing during the turnaround and acceleration at Kind Snacks, led media strategic planning for Team Unilever at Mindshare, spent 10 years at L’Oreal Consumer Beauty division driving repositioning, innovation, acquisitions and changes in go-to-market strategy and worked at PepsiCo on equity and flavor strategy for Lay’s.

A 20 year veteran in the eCommerce space, Kathy is currently the Head of Growth Marketing, Direct-to-Consumer and CRM at Tile. Previously, she was the head of Direct-to-Consumer at GoPro, where she led significant growth for the company. She also held senior roles at Apple -- where she built the Digital Merchandising function for the Apple online store -- eBay and Gap, Inc. An advocate for fertility issue awareness, she is the founder of The Stork Project, a group supporting women and couples who need guidance on building their families through a non-traditional fashion.

Ekta Chopra | Chief Digital Officer, e.l.f Cosmetics

Ekta Chopra joined e.l.f in January 2016 and brings over 20 years of Technology experience from private equity and retail companies. She is the Chief Digital Officer for e.l.f. beauty and is responsible for digital transformation in her current role, including eCommerce, engineering, data ecosystem, enterprise applications, security, and consumer technologies. She is actively involved with leading e.l.f. beauty's digital efforts to grow our digital footprint across the globe. She joined e.l.f from the James Irvine Foundation, where she defined and led a highly successful technology strategy for an investment portfolio. There she focused on technology roadmap for enterprise applications, cloud transformation, and building relationships with top silicon valley brands to start new partnerships.

Today, Alexis Lanternier is the Executive Vice President of E-Commerce for Walmart Canada, responsible for the overall strategy, operations, sales and profit associated with online purchases. Prior to Walmart, Alexis has held the titles of CEO Singapore, Chief Supply Chain Offer and EVP, Regional Head of Fashion at Lazada as well as Head of France Clothing and Buying Team and Head of Purchasing and Demand at Amazon.

Natalie Brown | Head of Marketing, Sur La Table

Hailing from South Africa, Natalie was educated in Johannesburg and Cape Town (business degree, focus on economics and marketing) before moving to the United States to pursue her career as a global marketer. In Los Angeles she gained valuable experience both as an entrepreneur, running her own fashion label, as well as working for Teleflora and See’s Candies before relocating to Seattle to join the dynamic team at Sur La Table. Natalie is passionate about branding and consumer product marketing and loves telling brand stories while delivering a flawless omni-channel customer experience.
