Emma – The Sleep Company, the world’s fastest-growing D2C sleep brand, is now using Contentsquare, the leading digital experience analytics platform, to successfully expand and launch a new premium mattress. 

Emma expects Contentsquare to provide important insights into their user behavior and a much faster learning curve when going live in new markets and launching new products. The goal is to secure Emma’s profitability by increasing conversion rates and improving online marketing performance.

During an initial test phase on the German website, the first optimization potentials were identified and an implementation plan was set up. In this first phase, Contentsquare used completely anonymized data to analyze how users behave in real-time on Emma’s website and provided recommendations for optimization.
