E.ON turns to Contentsquare to help power digital customer experience
Contentsquare’s visual analytics platform, selected for functionality, will spearhead Northern Europe electric utility provider E.ON’s digital analytics

Before using Contentsquare, the E.ON team was using multiple solutions and dealing with fragmented data — an approach that wasn’t scalable.

E.ON also wanted to be able to analyze different customer segments and their digital journeys, understand the unique challenges of their digital audiences and align the team around what customer journey improvements to prioritize.
Contentsquare’s existing integration with E.ON’s customer feedback management solution was particularly appealing to E.ON, allowing the CX and UX teams to deep dive into sessions with low NPS scores for validation and continuous improvement purposes. In addition, E.ON will have a clearer visualization of their data and usability across digital teams, including CRO specialists, web analysis, and the digital team.
